摘　　要：综述了相关文献报道的几种合成伏立康唑的常见方法,并对每一种方法的合成工艺优缺点及产率进行了描述和比较,为伏立康唑合成方法的进一步研究和利用奠定基础。In this review,several related literatures and kinds of common methods for the preparation of voriconazole were summarized. In order to lay the foundation for the further research and utilization of the process for the synthesis of voriconazole,we also described and compared the advantages,disadvantages and the yield of each synthetic route.
