贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物治疗原发性高血压患者的临床路径及效果。方法纳入该院心血管内科2012年6月—2014年12月收治的136例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法均分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物治疗方案。对照组患者单纯给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物治疗方案,依据患者病情改善情况适时调整给药方案。经1个疗程治疗之后,对比二组患者临床疗效,同时给予患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)等临床指标对比观察,分析临床治疗前后二组患者各项指标改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,且二组患者收缩压、舒张压等临床指标水平相比治疗前均存在明显改善,观察组患者改善情况显著优于对照组,治疗前后二组患者组内差异、组间差异对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平药物治疗原发性高血压患者,临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者高血压病情,强化患者预后生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observed the effect of Benazepril and Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine in treating essential hypertension patients, and to explore its clinical pathway. Methods During the period of June 2012 to December 2014 in author＇s hospital, 136 patients with essential hypertension were admitted as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random numbers. Observation group was given Benazepril and Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine, while the control group was simply given Benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine, according to patient condition to improve the situation timely adjust dosage regimen. After one course of treatment, clinical curative effects of two groups, and including systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group patients was better than the control group, and two groups of patients with systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and other clinical indicators level were obviously improved compared with before treatment, significantly better than the control group patients, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Benazepril combines with benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine for treating essential hypertension patients, with a precisely clinic curative effect, effectively disease improvement, strengthening the prognosis quality of life, is worth further clinical application.
