股骨下段骨折患者临床行优质护理模式的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析股骨下段骨折患者实施临床优质护理模式的效果。方法选择该院骨科病房2012年11月—2014年11月所收治的100例股骨下段骨折患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字分组法均分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,观察组患者采用优质护理模式,比较二组患者临床护理满意度及术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者94%的护理总满意度明显优于对照组患者82%的总护理满意度;从术后各项指标对比来讲,二组患者关节平均屈伸活动度、拆线时间、疼痛缓解时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨下段骨折患者临床康复中采用优质护理模式,能够有效助推患者的预后康复水平,强化患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect of quality nursing mode in patients with fracture of the femur under section. Methods From November 2012 to November 2014 in author＇s hospital, 100 patients with fracture of the femur under section were selected as the research subjects, using the method of random digit grouping, and were divided into observation group and control group. Control group were treated by routine nursing mode, while the observation group were treated by high quality nursing mode, then compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction and postoperative recovery. Results The observation group of patients with 94% of the total satisfaction with nursing care was better than the control group 82% of the patients with the nursing satisfaction. The indicators from postoperative contrast, there were significant differences between the two groups of patients with joints, remove the time average flexion mobility, pain relief time （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with fracture of the femur under section is made of high quality in clinical rehabilitation nursing mode, can effectively boost the prognosis of patients with rehabilitation level, improve patient care satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
