黄芪针联合自体CIK细胞回输疗法治疗乳腺癌患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结采用黄芪针联合自体CIK细胞回输疗法治疗乳腺癌患者护理体会。方法对51例采用黄芪针联合CIK细胞回输法治疗的乳腺癌患者实施综合护理干预,观察治疗前后的生存质量及体质量变化。结果 51例乳腺癌患者均顺利完成黄芪针联合CIK细胞回输治疗,治疗后患者的Kamofsky评分和体质量为(81.64±8.42)分和(46.37±10.62)kg,明显高于治疗前的(70.84±9.36)分和(40.64±8.37)kg(P<0.05),治疗过程中3例患者出现不同程度发热,物理降温或给予解热药物后体温恢复正常。结论黄芪针联合自体CIK细胞回输法治疗乳腺癌不良反应少,可显著提高其生存质量,治疗过程中实施规范化的综合护理措施有助于治疗的顺利实施。Objective To summarize nursing experience of patients with breast cancer treated by autologous CIK cell therapy. Methods Totally 51 cases with breast cancer treated by astragalus membranaceus injection and autologous CIK cell therapy were given comprehensive nursing intervention, to observe changes before and after treatment of quality of life and body quality. Results All of breast cancer patients were successfully completed treatment with autologous CIK cells, after treatment Kamofsky score and quality of the patients were 81.64 ± 8. 42 and 46.37 ± 10. 62kg, were significantly higher than 70. 84 ± 9.36 and 40.64 ±8.37kg of before treatment （P〈0.05）, 3 patients appeared different degree of heat during treatment process, the temperature returned to normal after the physical cooling or giving antipyretic drugsConclusions Breast cancer treated by astragalus membranaceus injection and autologous CIK cell therapy has less adverse reaction, can significantly improve the quality of life, and normalized comprehensive care measures will help the smooth implementation of treatment.
