苄达赖氨酸治疗糖尿病性白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苄达赖氨酸治疗糖尿病性白内障的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年1月—2014年1月眼科收治的糖尿病性白内障患者322例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组161例,两组均给予糖尿病治疗,对照组给予白内停滴眼液治疗,观察组给予苄达赖氨酸滴眼液治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应。结果经过治疗后,观察组总有效率为69.6%,对照组总有效率为47.8%,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中无一例出现不良反应,对照组有12例患者出现眼部刺痛,不良反应发生率为7.5%,观察组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,两组患者比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苄达赖氨酸治疗糖尿病性白内障临床效果满意,不良反应较少,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic cataract with the treatment of the patients with diabetic cataract.Methods 322 cases of patients with diabetic cataract in January 2012 to 2014 1 month eye were se-lected and randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 161 cases in each group, two groups were giv-en in the treatment of diabetes, the control group was given Catalin eye drops in the treatment, the observation group given bendazac ammonia acid drop eye fluid treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and ad-verse reactions.Results After treatment, observation group, the total effective rate was 69.6%, the total effective rate of con-trol group was 47.8%in observed group, the total efficiency was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）;obser-vation group, no adverse reaction, the control group, 12 cases of patients with ocular pain and adverse reactions occurred rate of 7.5% to observe incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group, two groups of patients differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic cataract with the treatment of the patients with diabetic cataract is satisfactory, and the adverse reactions are less. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
