摘 要:目的分析跟踪随访护理在糖尿病患者出院后的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取该院自2012年2月—2014年5月收治的100例糖尿病患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组50例,对照组50例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采取跟踪随访护理,观察并比较两组糖尿病患者护理后的依从性情况以及相关糖尿病指标的检测情况。结果观察组患者的依从率为90.00%,对照组患者的依从率为70.00%,观察组患者的依从率明显高于对照组患者的依从率,P<0.05;对照组患者的空腹血糖、体质指数、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白均高于观察组患者的空腹血糖、体质指数、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白,P<0.05。结论对糖尿病患者采取跟踪随访护理,效果明显,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of tracking follow-up care after discharge of patients with dia-betes, to provide reference for clinical use. Conclusion Tracking follow-up care for patients with diabetes, the effect is obvious, it is worth promoting.
