心理护理联合社会支持对老年糖尿病患者的影响观察

摘　　要：目的分析探讨心理护理联合社会支持对老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法选择2013年5月—2014年4月该院收治的80例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,一组为实验组,共41例;一组为对照组,共39例,对照组患者给予常规的康复护理,实验组患者采取心理护理联合社会支持法进行护理,护理结束后,对两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及生活质量评分进行对比。结果实验组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合社会支持对老年糖尿病患者具有积极的影响,能有效改善患者的负面情绪,优化患者的生活质量,值得在临床实践过程中大力借鉴和推广。Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing combined with social support in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Choose 80 cases elderly patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from May 2013 to 2014 in April as the object of study were randomly divided into two groups, a group as the experimental group, a total of 41 cases, a group as control group, a total of 39 cases. In the control group were given conventional rehabilitation nursing, the experimental group were taken to psychological nursing combined with social support nursing, nursing after the end of, the two groups of patients with SAS score and SDS score and quality of life score were compared. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with social support has positive effect on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, effectively improve the patients＇ negative emotions, optimize the quality of life of patients, worth in clinical practice vigorously reference and promotion.
