摘 要:电气绝缘材料是制造电气设备的关键,在一定程度上决定了电气产品的寿命。以杨木单板为原料,采用酚醛树脂对单板浸渍等技术手段制备电气绝缘板,系统研究了单板厚度、树脂浸渍时间、热压成型压力以及与玻纤或绝缘纸复合、Si O2改性酚醛树脂等对绝缘板力学强度和电气性能的影响。结果表明,厚度为1.1 mm、树脂浸渍时间为60 min、热压压力为5.0 MPa时,电气绝缘板的综合性能较佳,各性能指标分别为:密度1.24 g/cm3、弯曲强度137.05 MPa、击穿电压46.76 k V、电气强度14.3 k V/mm。采用改性酚醛树脂与纺织玻纤布复合可以制得强度和电气性能优良的复合电气绝缘板。Electrical insulation material is the key to electrical equipment manufacture, which greatly influences the serving time of electrical products. Electrical insulation board was prepared using phenol formaldehyde (PF) impregnated poplar veneer. The effects of veneer thickness, resin impregnation time, hot pressing pressure, composition with glass fiber or in- sulating paper and SiO2 modification of phenolic resin on the mechanical strength and electrical properties of the insulation board were systematieally studied. The results showed that the electrical insulation board exhibited better general perfor- mance when the thickness was 1.1 mm, resin dipping time was 60 rain and the pressure was 5.0 MPa. In this case, the density was 1.24 g/cm3 , bending strength was 137.05 MPa, breakdown voltage was 46.76 kV and electric strength was 14.3 kV/mm. The composite electrical insulation board with better strength and electrical properties could be made by compositing with SiO2 modified PF resin and textile glass fiber cloth.
