摘 要:灵菌红素是一类具有多种生物活性的天然红色素的总称,主要由粘质沙雷氏菌产生,通常都有3个吡咯环组成的甲氧基吡咯骨架结构。灵菌红素具有抗肿瘤、免疫抑制、抗菌性、抗疟疾等多种生物学活性。通过单因素实验,分析了碳源、氮源、无机盐、表面活性剂、初始p H、培养温度等因素对粘质沙雷氏菌生长量及灵菌红素合成的影响。结果表明:粘质沙雷氏菌最佳产灵菌红素的培养条件为温度28℃,p H 7.0,培养基中碳源为淀粉,氮源为乙酸铵,无机盐为Fe Cl3,表面活性剂为二甲亚砜(DMSO),在此条件下粘质沙雷氏菌产灵菌红素条件为最佳。Prodigiosin(PG) is produced by a variety of microorganisms with many kinds of biological activities such as anti- tumor, immunosuppressive, antibacterial activities. They usually existed three pyrrole ring composed of methoxy radical pyrrole skeleton structure. In this paper, we analyed mass growth of Serrcttia marcescens and the production of prodigiosin u- sing the single factor experiments including the factors such as the carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, surfac- tant, initial pH and temperature. The results showed that optimal culture conditions for enhancing the production of prodigi- osin by S. marcescens were the following, temperature 28 ℃, pH 7.0, starch was culture medium carbon source, ammo- nium, acetate as nitrogen source, FeC13 as inorganic salt, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as surfactant.
