摘　　要：分析了橡胶模型制品出现气泡的原因,并对胶料配方、生产环境、硫化参数、脱气参数、模具结构、胶料用量及产品结构等影响气泡产生的因素进行了详细论述,并以生产中常见的气泡现象为例进行了分析,提出了有效的解决方案,以此提供若干解决气泡问题的思路与方法。In this paper,the causes of bubble problems of molding rubber products was analyzed, and the rubber formula, production environment, vulcalaization technological parameters, degassing parameters, model structure, mass of rubber, product structure were discussed in detail. Those factors could affect the bubble generating. The example of bubble phenomenon in production was analyzed,and the effective solutions was put forward, so as to provide some ideas and methods for bubble problem solving.
