近十年中国专利交易风险研究现状与热点分析

摘　　要：以CNKI作为数据来源,利用可视化软件Cite Space,从文献发表年份、期刊、作者、研究机构、关键词五个维度,对近十年中国专利交易风险研究文献信息进行了计量统计分析,绘制作者、研究机构和关键词共现知识图谱,并结合相关文献内容,进一步分析该领域国内研究热点,为中国专利交易风险的后续研究提供参考。Based on CNKI as the data source, the paper makes a statistical analysis of literature information in the last ten years on domestic patent transaction risk from five dimensions of the literature published year, periodicals, authors, research institutions and keywords with visualization software CiteSpace. Through mapping the co-occurrence knowledge map of the authors, research institutions and keywords, the paper furtheranalyzes domesticresearch- hotspot in this field in combination with related literature content, in order to provide a reference for the further research of domesticpatent transaction risk.
