摘　　要：论述了"以人为本"是贯穿于军用信息检索语言编制管理工作始终的核心理念和根本原则;阐明了军用信息检索语言编制管理领域"以人为本"的3个基本内涵;提出了军用信息检索语言"以人为本"的发展观。This paper expounded that the core concept and basic principle of military information retrieval language compilation and management was always humanism, and illustrated 3 basic connotations of humanism in the military information retrieval language compilation and management, and then put forward the development view of military information retrieval language compilation and management based on humanism idea.
