摘　　要：以"慢城"理念建设城市将成为主流发展模式。"慢城"理念赋予城市文化建设新的内涵和特点。图书馆在"慢城"理念城市文化建设中应深刻领会"慢城"理念及其内涵,保存、展示、传播城市历史和地方传统文化,为城市居民提供"慢"阅读、"慢"空间、"慢"活动等"慢"服务,并与多方加强合作,延伸"慢"服务领域。The idea of slow city has become the mainstream of development pattern in city culture construction. It endowed new connotation and characteristics on the city culture construction. Library should get a profound understanding of this new concept and its connotation in the construction of slow city culture, and preserve as well as exhibit and spread the city＇s history and local traditional culture, providing slow service to residents including slow reading, slow space, slow activities, etc., and meanwhile strengthening the corporation with other organizations to extend the scope of slow service
