摘 要:以Oeko-Tex 100/200标准中规定的9种可迁移重金属元素As、Cd、Cr、Co、Cu、Ni、Sb、Pb、Hg为研究对象,采用模拟人体汗液和1%HNO3为基体配置标准曲线,结合六通阀快速进样技术,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定纺织品中可迁移重金属含量的新方法。实验结果表明:9种金属元素的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.02∽0.50μg/kg,回收率为85%∽108%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)〈3.7%,可以满足测定要求。此方法进样速度快,可有效减少高盐效应,6 h的稳定性仍保持在合理水平(RSD〈3.7%),且操作简单、检测结果准确,为大批量、快速、准确检测纺织品中可萃取重金属的含量提供了有利方法。A new method was developed for simultaneous determination of nine migratory heavy metals( As、Cd、Cr、Co、Cu、Ni、Sb、Pb、Hg) in textiles based on the Oeko-Tex standard 100 /200 by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( Type: i CAP Qc). In this study,the method was established by simulation body sweat and 1% HNO3 as matrix to prepare the standard solution,and combined with six vale rapid sampling technology and the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficient of nine metal elements were greater than 0. 999,the detection limit was range in 0. 02-0. 50 μg / kg,and the recovery was from 85%to 108%,relative standard deviation( RSD,n = 6) 3. 7%. This method can satisfy the requirement of this determination. This method could have access to fast sampling,effectively reduce the influence of high salt,keep the stability in a reasonable level during 6 h( RSD 3. 7%),operate simply and precise the results of determination. These suggested that it could provide a advantageous method for detection of migratory heavy metals in textile on a large scale.
