摘 要:钻井及井控模拟仿真平台主要由仿真硬件系统和软件系统两大部分构成,可以进行钻进过程、井下复杂情况判断、破裂压力试验、井控操作程序(钻进、起下钻、空井等工况)及压井过程的模拟仿真。该平台的使用,不但可以激发学生学习的积极性,加深学生对钻井及井控理论知识的理解和掌握,还可以进行与钻井现场相似的模拟仿真操作,使学生身临其境,提升他们的钻井及井控工艺的基本技能,达到工程实践的目的,避免了因现场操作带来的危险等不安定因素,为学生毕业后尽快适应钻井现场工作打下坚实的基础。The Drilling and Well Control Simulation Platform is composed of experimental devices and software system.The drilling,downhole complication judgment,formation fracture pressure test,well control procedure( such as drilling,tripping in and out,empty wells),and the well killing can be simulated. Based on this platform,the studying enthusiasm of students can be stimulated,and the drilling and well control theoretical knowledge can be deeply understood. Also the platform can be operated similarly to the field drilling. Students can be personally on the scene. It can improve the basic skills of drilling and well control and achieve the purpose of engineering practice. And the risks due to the field drilling operations and other unstable factors can be avoided. This platform can help graduation students adapt the field drilling as soon as possible.
