摘 要:将胜任素质理论引入医学院校化学实验技术队伍管理工作,探索基于胜任素质模型的现代人力资源管理制度体系,为医学院校选拔和培养优秀的实验技术人员提供参考依据。在实际调研、专家访谈的基础上,通过分析素质模型的内涵特征和医学院校化学实验技术人员的岗位要求与标准,构建了医学院校化学实验技术人员素质模型。该素质模型包括政治素质、品德素质、知识素质、技能素质、身心素质五个维度,并从基于该模型的实验技术人员的招聘选拔、培训创新、绩效考核、职业发展等方面探讨了其在实验技术人员管理系统中的应用及效果。This paper introduces competency theory into the management of chemistry experiment technicians in medical colleges, and explores to establish the modern human resources management system based on the competency model, which will provide references for selection and cultivation of experiment technicians for medical colleges. Based on the survey data and expert interview, according to the analysis of connotation and characteristics of competency model and the quality status of chemistry experiment technicians in medical colleges, this paper structures the competency model of chemistry experiment technicians in medical college. The competency model is composed of political quality, moral quality, knowledge and skills quality, physical and mental quality. This paper also puts forward suggestions about the use of the competency model on the human resources management of experimental technical personnel in aspects of staff' s recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal and career development.
