东江与水库联网供水水源工程污染控制措施浅议

摘　　要：当前东莞市的水资源利用面临着丰水期水质污染导致水质性缺水威胁,枯水期水量缺水等问题,联网供水水源工程是东莞市水资源可持续利用的一项战略措施,是市政府督办的重点民生项目,从分析联网水库环境现状和纳污能力入手,提出联网水库流域范围内水环境治理的总体思路及主要措施,以供类似工程借鉴和参考。The major challenge of water resource management in Donguan City is the shortage of water quantity in dry seasons and also in wet seasons due to pollution. Water management engineering is one important solution to the problem and has significant effects on residentg living. Based on the project status from the survey of current reservoirs and the analysis of environmental capacity of those water bodies, the general idea and major measures of water environment management in this basin has been brought up in this report, which can be a good example for similar projects.
