摘　　要：对通信受干扰条件下部队作战指挥能力进行分析、评估,将作战指挥能力划分为情报能力、决策能力、组织能力和控制能力,分析通信干扰威胁下作战指挥的薄弱环节,最后运用"联合指数法"建立作战指挥能力的聚合模型。This paper analyzes and evaluates the operation command capability of troops under the condition that the communication system are jammed,divides the operation command capability into intelligence ability,decision-making ability,organization ability and control ability,analyzes the weak link of operation command under the threat of communication jamming,finally uses the combination index method to establish the polymerization model of operational command capability.
