摘　　要：近代学前教育事业实现了学前教育机构兴办者体制由教会单线至公私立双线体制、学前教育事业中政府指导与监管从无到有和从个别单体运行到子系统协作与融合的三个转变,机构数量也呈现巨大的增长,而其内涵建设上亦有相当变化。The cause of the preschool education in modern China underwent three changes： from the church to the government and individuals as the founder, the establishment of the governmental guidance and supervision, and from a mono-running of the preschool educational system to a collabora- tive and melting one. The number of preschool educational institutions rose rapidly, with considerable changes in preschool education itself.
