摘　　要：海南师范大学《海南旅游道德现状调查》课题组通过问卷调查发现,目前海南旅游道德现状不尽人意。道德层面有必要建立一个有效机制使道德发展水平与国际旅游岛发展相适应。这个机制具体可分为道德调节机制与道德引导机制。＂ Hainan tourism moral status investigation＂ Task Force of Hainan Normal University found through questionnaire survey, present Hainan tourism moral situation which is not satisfactory. It is necessary to establish an effective mechanism on the moral level to promote moral development and adapt to the develop- ment of the international tourism island. This mechanism can be divided into the moral adjustment mechanism and the moral guidance mechanism concretely.
