国际旅游岛建设背景下复合型英语人才需求现状调查研究

摘　　要：对海南国际旅游岛建设过程中复合型英语人才需求现状进行深入调查。调查内容主要包括两方面,国际旅游岛建设需要具备哪些专业知识复合型英语人才;国际旅游岛建设需要复合型英语人才具备怎样的能力和素质。结果显示,具备旅游等相关专业知识复合型英语人才是需求重点;扎实的英语语言知识和能力、丰富的相关专业知识以及较高综合人文素质是用人单位对复合型英语人才的主要要求。据此,提出要针对市场需求培养复合型英语人才,满足国际旅游岛建设需要。survey on the market needs for Inter - disciplinary English Talents was conducted in some in- stitutions and enterprises in Hainan, it is found that enterprises demand more Inter- disciplinary English Tal- ents majored in tourism, international business and conferences. Those with language knowledge and ability, Knowledge in a specific major like tourism, and humanism qualities are considered to be very important for In- ter - disciplinary English Talents. Thus, it is suggested that universities should cultivate satisfying Inter - dis- ciplinary English Talents in order to meet the demands of the Construction of Hainan International Tourism Is-land.
