摘　　要：节能照明合同能源管理项目存在投资风险和安全风险。分析2种风险的具体情况,提出防范措施,包括节能量认定方法、供应商履约保证、产品质量管控、信用保险等,以具体实例分析风险防范策略。Energy saving lighting EMC projects exist investment risks and security risks. The article analyzes the risk of the specific situa- lions, and puts forward preventive measures, including the enegy savings certification methods, the supplier performance guarantee, product quality contorl, credit insurance, etc. Through the specific case analysis, this pa- per expounds how to prevent risks in the projects.
