特高压直流满功率故障负荷控制策略研究

摘　　要：随着特高压直流大功率、满功率输送,华东电网大规模资源配置能力显著提高,但区域电网间功率交换的大幅增加,电网呈现出新的运行特性,特高压突发故障情况下,电网运行存在较大安全风险。国网南京供电公司编制了《特高压直流满功率故障营销负荷控制方案》,提出了"事故类型查表快速操作法",该方法可以与调度拉限电方案实现无缝对接,有效缩短负控应急处置时间,提高响应速度,目前已在全省范围推广使用。With the UHVDC transmission system constructed and put into operation, the ability of allocation of power resources of East China Power Grid is improved significantly. However, with the power exchange increasing across inter-area regions, the new operat- ing characteristic of power grid appears. In case a sudden block oc- curs, the large- capacity power operation exists great risk. Nanjing power supply company proposed the Load control approach during UHVDC transmission system full power block fault, created a quick decision making method using table look-up operation according to different fault types, which has a feature of seamless corporation with the dispatch control strategy. This method is able to shorten the emer- gency response time, enhance the response efficiency. Currently this method has been promoted province-wide use.
