摘　　要：目前,在世界各地掀起了一股研究与应用BIM技术的热潮。从BIM技术产生的原因出发,详细阐述了BIM的内涵;分别从BIM基础理论、数据交换标准IFC的扩展研究、BIM软件开发的理论基础、BIM软件开发以及BIM技术在国内外工程应用等方面综述了BIM技术的国内外研究与应用现状;通过对研究与应用现状的分析,指出了BIM技术研究与应用中存在的不足,并对今后的研究给出了建议。The BIMtechnology introduces the construction industry a revolution in the world.It is regarded as the core technology of BLM（Building Lifecycle Management）of the construction project to change the traditional operation mode of the construction industry,making it a fundamental solution to planning,design, construction and operation to realize the effective utilization and management of information in project lifecycle.At present,an upsurge of the BIM research and application is booming in the world.This paper begins with the origin of the BIM.It then explains the connotation of BIM.Many key issues were reviewed in the paper,including the basic theory of the BIM,data exchange standard IFC,basic theory of the BIM software,BIMsoftware development and engineering application of the BIM technology at home and abroad, the BIM technology research and application.Based on the above analysis,key problems of the BIM technology were pointed out and suggestions were provided for future reference.
