摘 要:为了充分利用淮北矿区煤矸石和洗中煤资源,采用热重分析实验研究了煤矸石与洗中煤在不同配比下的混合燃烧特性,计算燃烧特性指数。结果发现混合煤样中随着洗中煤含量的增加,煤样的着火温度均有所下降,着火指数、燃尽指数和综合燃烧特性指数均有所提高。利用Coats—Redfern积分法对燃烧过程进行动力学分析,得到了燃烧反应的活化能和频率因子等参数。结果表明混合比对反应活化能有很大影响,燃烧反应级数为1.5级时可信度最高。In order to make the best use of coal gangue and middling resource from Huaibei mining area, experi?ment on the combustion characteristics of middling and coal gangue’s mixture in different proportion was investiga?ted by thermogravimetric analyzer, the combustion characteristic indexes were calculated. The results show that with the increase of the middling in the mixed, the ignition temperature was decreased, the ignition index, burn?out index and comprehensive combustion characteristic index were improved. In addition Coats?Redfern integral method was used for combustion process in the dynamics analysis, the activation energy and frequency factor, etc. were acquired by performing the dynamic analysis. The results indicate that the blending ratio has a great influence on activation energy in the combustion process, and the highest reliability was obtained when the combustion process obeys 1?5 magnitude of chemical reaction.
