摘　　要：为保证实验结果的准确性和可靠性,建立了一套全自动酶免分析仪全面校验方法,对加样系统、孵育系统、洗板系统、读数系统和全局分别采取模块式和整体式方法进行校验,从而保证各个模块的准确性和整体的可靠性。To ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental results,an overall calibration method of Fully Automated Elisa Analyzer is established. Modular and unitary verification of pipetting system, incubation system,washing system,reading system and the whole system ensures the accuracy and reliability of each modles and overall performance respectively.
