摘　　要：针对国内少片变截面钢板弹簧的应用情况,结合国外少片簧在国产化过程中的开发经验和制造工艺现状,提出国内少片簧在设计指标选用、材料选取、应力控制、脱碳层深度、强化处理、热处理、表面质量及售后备件等方面的设计依据,为进一步研究少片变截面钢板弹簧的设计和应用提供了理论基础和参考。Application of the little variable cross-section leaf spring, present situation of few leaf spring development experience and manufacturing process in the localization process combined with foreign. It is put forward to use, domestic few leaf spring in the design index of material selection, the stress control, the depth of decarburized layer, strengthening treatment, heat treatment, surface quality and customer service spare parts such as design basis, provides a theoretical basis and reference for the further research on the design and application of he little variable cross-section leaf spring.
