摘  要:对锁销式同步器锁止面磨损过程和机理进行分析,建立了磨损程度计算模型。运用有限单元法得到同步锥环和滑套锁止面摩擦过程中的接触应力与滑移距离的关系;以Archard模型为基础,分析了表面硬度、换挡力和换挡次数对锁止面边缘磨损深度的不同影响。结果表明:锁销式同步器锁止面接触应力与滑移距近似呈二次函数关系;锁止面磨损深度可以用Archard模型简化公式计算。Based on analysis about motor process and wear mechanism of pin-type synchronizer. Wear status calculation model was established. Relationship between contact stress and sliding stroke during synchronizer ring contacting with sleeve blocking surface by using FEM firstly. Then analyze the diflbrent influences of surface hardness, shift force and shift times on wear status on the edge of blocking surface. The results show that the quadratic function equation was found between contact stress and slidin~ stroke, the wear depth can be calculated by Archard model which was simplified
