泌尿生殖系统疾病的针灸病谱循证等级划分研究初探

摘　　要：[目的]初探泌尿生殖系统疾病的针灸病谱循证等级划分。[方法]以CBM、CNKI、VIP、WF等数据库为检索源,全面收集针灸治疗泌尿生殖系统病症的文献,选择符合纳入标准的临床随机对照试验研究进行分析,通过建立现代针灸适宜病症临床研究文献数据库(Access)进行整理。[结果]共获得针灸治疗泌尿生殖系统临床研究报道文献2 209篇,在此基础上筛选随机对照试验(RCT/CCT)共641篇,初步获得泌尿生殖系统针灸病谱51种。[结论]按照循证医学文献证据五级分类法及等级推荐的原则,结合文献质量情况,获得Ⅰ级病谱推荐5种,Ⅱ级病谱推荐17种,Ⅲ级病谱推荐16种。[Objective] To study of genitourinary system disease spectrum of acupuncture evidence-based hierarchies. [Methods] Taking CBM, CNKI, VIP, WF database to retrieve the source, comprehensive collection literature of acupuncture and moxihustion treatment of genitourinary system, to choose into the standard clinical randomized controlled trial research was analyzed, through the establishment of modern acupuncture and moxibustion for disease clinical research literature database （Access）. [Results] A total of 2 209 clinical studies on the treatment of genitourinary system were reported in the literature, on the basis of the screening of randomized controlled trials （RCT/ CCT） 641, preliminary obtaining 51 species of genitourinary system disease spectrum by acupuncture. [Conclusion] According to the documentary evidence of evidence-based medicine （ebm） five recommended the principles of classification and grade, combined with the literature quality, get the grade Ⅰ disease spectrum of 5 kinds, the level Ⅱ disease spectrum of 17 kinds and the level Ⅲ disease spectrum of 16 kinds.
