醒脑开窍针刺法结合筋骨三针疗法治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察醒脑开窍针刺法结合筋骨针治疗缺血性中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。[方法]将60例缺血性中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组应用醒脑开窍针刺法结合筋骨三针疗法治疗,对照组应用单纯醒脑开窍针刺法治疗,比较两种治疗方法对中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者肌张力、运动功能和日常生活能力的改善情况。[结果]治疗后两组改良Ashworth量表MAS分级、上肢Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数均较治疗前有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后两组间比较,MAS分级、上肢Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组。[结论]醒脑开窍结合筋骨针疗法与单纯醒脑开窍针刺法相比,可更有效地减轻缺血性中风患者痉挛上肢的肌张力、改善运动能力并提高其日常生活能力。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of treatment for upper limb spastic. [Methods] Select 60 cases with upper limb spastic after ischemic stroke and randomized divided into treatment group and control group, each group included 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with the ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy combined with ＂jingu＂ acupuncture, and the control group was treated with simple ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy. Compare with the two kind of treatments＇ influence to the muscle tension, motor function and activities of daily living of patients. [Results] After treatment in both groups the MAS, Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index were better than those before treatment improved, and the treatment group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] The ＂XNKQ＂ acupuncture therapy combined with ＂jingu＂ acupuncture can effectively reduce muscle tension, improve motor function and daily living skills of patients with upper limb spastic after ischemic stroke.
