摘　　要：以城铁车的总装配工艺为例,通过对城铁车的装配流程进行深入的实地调研,从装配车间布局、现行工艺流程等方面分析装配现状,总结城铁车在生产过程中存在的问题;然后应用工艺程序分析方法和5W1H提问技术分析整个装配工艺程序中存在此类问题的原因;针对问题应用ECRS四大原则提出改进方案.新方案的提出可提高城铁车的生产能力和装配质量,减少装配周期,降低作业疲劳度,提高工装设备利用率.Aiming at the assembly technology of urban railway vehicle, and through the in- research and analysis the production process of the urban railway vehicle, the current situation from the assembly plant layout, process and other aspects is analyzed, and the problem of the production is summarized. The reasons of the problem is analyzed by means of process analysis method and 5W1H inquiry technology. By applying ECRS four principles, puts forward improvement measures are proposed to improve the assembly quality and production capacity, reduce the process time and operate fatigue and increase the efficiency of equipment.
