摘　　要：以现行评定规范为基本依据,深入挖掘了桥梁检测数据,针对中小跨径混凝土梁桥使用Java编程语言开发了管理养护系统,实现了桥梁管理养护工作的程序化.系统功能包括:桥梁技术状况评定、结构退化趋势预测、病害统计分析、养护决策建议.本文重点介绍了该系统的建立方法.Based on current evaluation standard, bridge inspection data is excavated, and management and maintenance system is developed for small and medium span concrete beam bridges based on Java, which makes management and maintenance work computerized. The functions of the system include evaluation of technical condition, forecast of degradation for structure, statistical analysis of diseases and maintenance decision making of the bridge. The paper emphatically introduces the establishing method of the system.
