摘　　要："05方案"实施10周年,思想政治理论课教学改革稳步推进,完善了思想政治理论课组织管理体制以及教学管理体制机制,打造优秀的思想政治理论课教学团队,探索了思想政治理论课教学方法,加强了马克思主义理论学科建设。深化思想政治理论课教学改革,需要进一步优化思想政治理论课教师结构,凝练教学内容,改进教学形式,构建有效的教学管理与考核体系,提高教学效果。The implementation of the 10th anniversary of ＂05 plans＂, steady progress was made in reform of ideological and political theory course teaching, improve the ideological and political theory class organization man- agement system and teaching management system and mechanism, build good ideological and political theory course teaching team, explores the ideological and political theory course teaching method, strengthen the marxism theory discipline construction. Deepening the reform of ideological and political theory course teaching, it is necessary to further optimize the structure of ideological and political theory course teachers, concise teaching contents, improving teaching form, build effective teaching management and evaluation system, improve the teaching effect.
