护理专业实习女生人身安全问题的对策研究

摘　　要：通过对黔东南民族职业技术学院2012级省内外40个实习点护理专业实习女生的人身安全问题调查,得出护理专业实习女生人身安全的五大问题及产生的原因,并在实践中形成维护其人身安全的以下对策:加强护理实习女生人身安全教育;因人制宜分配护理实习女生的实习点;形成合力做好护理实习女生人身安全工作;加强护理实习女生的综合素质。Through Qiandongnan vocational and technical college class of 2012 inside and outside the province, 40 points of nursing professional practice practice girls personal safety investigation, reason of professional nursing practice five problems of the personal safety of girls and is found, and in practice form safeguarding the person secu- rity the following countermeasures： strengthening the girls personal safety education of nursing practice; suiting mea- sures to individual allocation of nursing practice girls nursing practice girls personal safety work; strengthen of the attachment point; concerted efforts to do a good job in nursing practice girls of comprehensive quality.
