摘 要:目的 探讨以眶下血管为蒂的颞区眼轮匝肌真皮下血管网皮瓣修复面部缺损的临床价值.方法 对2007年6月至2014年12月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院整形激光外科门诊及住院病例和外院会诊病例13例应用眶下血管皮下蒂的颞区真皮下血管网皮瓣转移修复组织缺损,缺损位于下眼睑区6例,鼻部7例;基底细胞癌9例,鳞癌3例,外伤缺损1例;缺损大小为1.2cm×0.8cm~2.4cm×2.0cm.结果 13例皮瓣全部存活,供区瘢痕隐蔽,形态满意.结论 以眶下血管为蒂的颞区眼轮匝肌真皮下血管网皮瓣是邻近组织缺损修复重建的理想方法之一.Objective To explore the clinical application of pedicled infraorbital vessel of the subdermal vascular net of temporal region skin flap in treating facial defect.Methods Thirteen patients who had infraorbital vessels pedicled skin flap repairing skin defects from June 2007 to December 2014 were enrolled.The lesions were located in the lower eyelid region in 6 cases and in the nose in 7 cases.Nine cases were basal cell carcinoma;3 cases were squamous cell carcinoma;1 case was traumatic defect.The size of the defect ranged from 1.2 cm × 0.8 cm to 2.4 cm × 2.0 cm.Results All 13 flaps survived;the donor site scars-were hidden with satisfactory shape.Conclusion The infraorbital vessels pedicled skin flap is one of the ideal methods reconstructing adjacent facial skin defect reconstruction.
