摘　　要：在我国旅游应急管理水平亟需提升的背景下,加强旅游突发事件应急管理模型的研究显得十分重要而迫切。基于旅游突发事件特征和演化过程的分析,运用生命周期理论将旅游突发事件应急管理过程划分为事前、事中和事后3个阶段,并在此基础上探索性提出包括预防与监测、应急处置与救援、恢复与评估3方面内容的旅游应急管理模型,以期为提升旅游应急管理能力、实现旅游业可持续发展提供理论参考。Under the background that the emergency management level of tourism in our country should be urgently improved, reinforcing the study on emergency management model of tourism emergency events is definitely necessa-ry.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and evolution process of tourism emergency events, the emergency management process of tourism emergency events was divided into three stages：pre-event, in event and post-event by applying the life cycle theory, and the emergency management model on tourism was exploringly proposed, which includes three aspects：prevention ＆monitoring, emergency disposal＆rescue, recover＆appraisal.It can provide theoretical reference to improve emergency management ability on tourism and achieve the sustainable de-velopment of tourism industry.
