391例不同年龄组国产与进口流感疫苗不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨国产和进口两个不同厂家流感病毒裂解疫苗的安全性。方法：通过电话随访和开放式问卷统计2013年9月-2014年1月在中山大学附属第五医院计免门诊接种流感疫苗的568例对象,除去不接受随访的对象,选出391例作为调查对象,追踪观察接种流感疫苗后一周内出现不良反应的症状与体征。将391例研究对象分为6~35个月组和≥3岁组,通过SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,讨论两种疫苗不良反应的差异。结果：葛兰素与华兰生物的流感疫苗总体不良反应发生率分别为4.2%和9.9%,差异有统计学意义（字2=5.016,P〈0.05）。6~35个月进口与国产不良反应发生率分别为3.9%和11.8%,差异有统计学意义（字2=6.029,P〈0.05）,其中局部反应的发生率为0.6%和4.6%,差异有统计学意义（字2=4.439,P〈0.05）。然而≥3岁组进口与国产不良反应发生率分别为4.7%和4.8%,差异无统计学意义（字2〈0.001,P〉0.05）。结论：6~35个月儿童葛兰素史克的流感疫苗较华兰生物的安全性高。Objective： To explore the safety about domestic and imported Influenza Split Vaccine from two different manufacturers. Method： Statistics via telephone and open questionnaire showed that there had been 568 cases taking Influenza Vaccine in The Fifth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from Sep 2013 to Jan 2014.Excluding those people who were not willing to accept the follow-up survey, 391 cases were observed on symptoms and signs of adverse reactions within one week after taking influenza vaccine.They were divided into two groups.One was 6-35 months-old group, the other was ≥ 3 years -old group.Then we did statistical analysis with SPSS 19.0 software, and discussed the significance of differences between the adverse reactions caused by these two kinds of vaccine.Result： The Influenza Vaccine adverse reaction rates of Glaxo and Hualan Biological were 4.2% and 9.9%, there were statistically significant（χ2=5.016, P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rates of imported and domestic Influenza Vaccine among the 6-35 months-old group were 3.9% and 11.8%, there were statistically significant（χ2=6.029, P〈0.05）, the local adverse reaction rate were 0.6% and 4.6%, there were statistically significant（χ2=4.439, P〈0.05）.However, ≥ 3 years-old group, the adverse reaction rates of imported and domestic Influenza Vaccine were 4.7% and 4.8%, there were no statistically significant（χ2〈0.001, P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The Influenza Vaccine from Glaxo Smith Kline is safer than the one from HuMan Biological for 6-35 months-old people.
