摘　　要：介绍了L波段大功率T／R组件的工作原理，阐述了T／R组件中的发射通道、接收通道、供电电源、通信接I=1及BITE、冷却通道等几部分的设计过程。最后针对T／R组件的主要关键技术提出了需注意的几个问题，并给出了具体的解决措施。This paper introduces the theory of L-band high-power T/R module. It presents the design procedure of T/R module including the design of transmitting channel and reception channel, the design of power supply, the design of communication interface and BITE and the design of cooling duct. Finally it puts forward several problems aiming at the major enabling technology in the design procedure of T/R module that should be noticed, and then gives out some relevant solutions.
