摘　　要：近年来,宁夏回族自治区全面加快林业改革发展的步伐,走出了一条具有宁夏特色的生态建设道路,林业建设取得了很大成效。生态建设成效显著,防沙治沙成果明显,富民产业迅速崛起,林业改革稳步推进。同时,积累了强化生态资源保护,坚持综合规模治理等宝贵经验。但是,受历史、自然和社会等因素的影响,宁夏生态林业民生林业的发展也面临一些困难和问题,亟待解决。移民迁出区生态修复任务艰巨,扶持政策有待加强;加强防沙治沙任重道远,合作交流有待深化;生态建设任务依然繁重,长效机制有待完善。In recent years, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, accclcratc the development of forestry reform in an all- round way, formed an ecological construction way with Ningxia characteristic. ForcstlT construction has made great achievements, such as effective ecological construction, significant sand prevention results, rapid rising prosperous industry, and steady progress of forestry reform. Meanwhile, valuable cxpcriences have been accumulated with regard to strengthening ecological resource conservation, and maintaining comprehensive and scale control. However, due to the impacts of historic, some difficulties and problems in development of ecological forestry and livelihood forestry need to be solved： the difficult task in emigration region ecological restoration is harsh, support policy needs to be strengthened, strengthening the sand, cooperation and communication needs to be deepened, the heavy task of ecological construction, a long-term mechanism to be perfect.
