摘　　要：对铁矿石码头用输送带进行科学合理的管理和维护保养,降低输送带的故障发生率,延长其使用寿命,对于确保港口效率和运营成本具有举足轻重的影响。通过研究输送带的特性和使用寿命周期内的故障特点,建立一套能够延长输送带使用寿命的优化的系统性维保策略。The scientific management and maintenance of the conveyor belt used in iron ore wharf can reduce the rate of it＇s breakdown and extend the service life, has a vital influence on guaranteeing the efficiency and operating costs of ports. By researching the character of conveyor belt and its malfunction during service life, this paper builts up a optimized systematicness maintenace strategy to extend the service life of conveyor belt.
