摘　　要：临时改绞是立井开拓煤矿建设过程中的一个重要环节。金家渠煤矿根据井田开拓布置、二三期工程量大,且相对集中于立井施工区的特点,在中部回风立井到底后,充分利用现凿井装备(绞车、吊桶、吊盘)作为临时改绞技术方案,重点解决吊桶出矸水平转换和混凝土下放问题,通过现场组织实施,取得了良好的效果。Temporary hoist is an important link of vertical shaft development of coal mine construction. Jinjiaqu Coal Mine based on the features of large and concentration of the second and third project of Mine development layout, fully uses the existing well rigging （winch bucket, banging scaffold） as its temporary hoist scheme after the end of middle mine air return shaft, solves, the problems of bucket out of the bottles transform and concrete place, gets good results by on-site organization and practice.
