摘  要:为研究叶片转速对搅拌机内部流场的影响规律,应用Fluent软件对搅拌机内部流场进行三维数值模拟来为采用非结构化四面体网格、非稳态多相湍流计算模型,针对搅拌机内部流体液面涡深、固相体积分数等参数随叶片转速变化进行研究.结果表明:叶片转速对液面涡深和固相体积分数分布产生重要影响;中心搅拌机械在叶片轴线下方存在混合不畅,固相体积浓度在初始时刻升高.为了防止液体溢出、夹带气体等现象产生,推导出叶片转速最大值的计算公式.In order to study the influence law of internal flow field in a mixing machine with different vanes rotate speed, this paper used the Fluent software to finish the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the internal flow field inside the mixing machine. Using the unstructured tetrahedral mesh, unsteady multiphase turbulence calculation model for the parameters of mixing machine, this paper studied the changes of vortex depth and solid phase volume concentration parameters under different vanes rotate speeds. The results show that the vanes rotate speed has an important impact on the distributions of vortex depth and solid phase volume concentration; A flow dull area exists below the vanes axis of center mixing machine, causing mixed not smoothly and the solid volume concentration increased at the initial time; In order to prevent liquid overflow and entrained gas etc., this study derived the calculation formula of the maximum value of the vanes speed.
