摘 要:主要通过遥感(RS)手段获取研究所需数据,采用地理信息系统(GIS)空间建模和空间分析方法,以衡阳盆地为例,构建提取水资源系统人为脆弱性变化信息的数学模型,生成水资源系统人为脆弱性变化图层,分析近20年来衡阳盆地水资源系统人为脆弱性变化的时空特征,并进行趋势分析。结果表明:1近20年来,衡阳盆地人为水资源系统整体上变得更为脆弱,34.41%的区域人为脆弱性指数明显增大,脆弱性指数变小的区域少;2脆弱性指数变化区域分异明显,衡东县、衡南县的东部和祁东县的西部以基本不变化和略微增大为主。祁东县的东南角和耒阳市的东部以增大类型为主,减小类型则主要集中在常宁市;3脆弱性指数演变呈现较显著的"首尾时段增强明显,中间时段相对稳定"的特征;4区域水资源人为脆弱性指数主要表现为波动型和稳定型两种趋势,单调增大型和单调减小型所占比例极小。Collecting required data of the research through RS, constructing the spatial model and conducting the spatial analysis with GIS, this paper constructed the mathematical model to extract the changing information and generated the changing layers about artificial vulnerability of water resource system in Hengyang, analyzed the spatial - temporal characteristics of artificial vulnerability of water resources system and the changing trend during recent two decades in this area. After the carefully researched and detailed analysis, this paper drew the conclusions as below : Firstly, generally speaking, the water resource system in Hengyang Basin became artificially much more vulnerable in recent two decades. 34.41 % of regional artificial vulnerability index had an apparent increasing while there was little decreasing in this index. Secondly, the variation districts of artificial vulnerability index in Hengyang Basin were apparently distinctive. The index mainly kept the same or just had the slight increasing in Hengdong County, the east of Hengnan County and the west of Qidong County. Besides, in the southeastern part of Qidong County and the east part of Leiyang County, the fluctua- tion was the typical model of increasing while the typical model of decreasing was mainly in Changning County. Thirdly, the variation period of artificial vulnerability index presented a typical character of sharply increasing in the beginning and ending period and relatively stable in the middle period. Finally, from the perspective of changing trend, the artificial vulnerability index in regional water resource showed two main types of variation : The fluctuation type and the stability type. The sustainable increasing and monotonic decreasing were seldom seen in Hengyang Basin.
