摘  要:在我国,原油供应的质量越来越差,并且呈现出了多样化的特征,所以作为我国炼化厂,尤其是沿海地区的炼化厂,一定要开发出比较灵活、适应能力比较强的重油深加工流程。为此,介绍了延迟焦化、催化裂化以及渣油加氢等现有重油加工技术的进展和特点;对典型合硫原油深加工路线做了简要比较,认为针对低硫原油、轻质及部分中质含硫原油、重质及中质含硫原油可以选择不同的重油加工路线。坚持以催化裂化为重油深加工的核心工艺,提高加氢工艺的比例,并以比为基础,推动炼化一体化的协调发展。Our country crude oil supply is gradually diversified and inferior, this requires our refineries especially the refineries in the coastal area to develop the flexible and adaptable heavy oil deep processing process.Therefore this article introduced the development and characteristics of the existing heavy oil processing technologies like delay coking, catalytic cracking, residuum hydrogenation and others, briefly compared the typical sour crude deep processing route, considered that we should choose the different heavy oil processing routes for sweet crude,light and partial medium sour crude,heavy and medium sour crude.Insist to use catalytic cracking as the core technology of heavy oil deep processing, raise the proportion of hydrogenation process,and on this basis to promote the harmonious development of refining-chemical integration.
