摘　　要：本文就化工专业文献检索教学中教、学、用分离的问题，提出在文献检索教学中实施能动教学法，进行教学改革，以期培养学生自主学习能力和应用能力，提高学生的信息素质。According to existing problems of the separation of teaching, learning and using in the chemical engineering document retrieval teaching, this article introduced dynamic teaching methods into the teaching reform to improve the autonomous learning ability, courses application ability and information quality of the students.
