摘  要:本文利用CANBERRA公司提供的Falcon便携式HPGeγ谱仪,在室内采用相对测量方法对岩芯(主要是核素238U)进行放射性核素分析,实验中所用标准物质为国家二级铀矿标准物质。实验中对五个已知238U含量样品进行了测量,已知样品中放射性物质238U的含量由"东华理工大学分析测试研究中心"提供。对五个已知含量样品进行能谱分析得到的238U结果与化学分析存在一定的误差。实验说明,在分析岩芯样品中238U含量时,γ能谱方法与化学方法相比,可以较准确测出其放射性核素的含量,并且具有制样过程简单、没有引入杂质、分析时间少等优点。In the indoor, with the help of Falcon portable HPGe gamma spectrometer provided by CANBERRA, by using the relative measurement method, we make a radionuclide analysis on the core(mainly^238U). The experimental material is the standard material for the national level two uranium ore. In the experiment, five samples of ^238 U were measured, and the content of ^238 U in the samples was measured by the "Donghua Institute of engineering and engineering analysis and testing research center". There are some errors in the results and chemical analysis of the238 U results obtained from the analysis of five samples with known contents. The experimental results show that in measurement of the content in core of ^238 U samples, compared with the chemical method, gamma ray spectrometry method can be more accurate.
