摘　　要：目前高校图书馆普遍开展藏书、借阅、藏一体化服务模式,给广大读者带来了极大的便利,但也出现了一些新的问题。本文在分析一体化服务模式优点的同时,也指出了由此出现的乱架、错架、遗失等各种问题,并提出相应的改进对策。At present, the integrated service mode of book collecting, borrowing and consultation is generally carried out in university libraries, which provides great convenience for readers and meanwhile, brings about new problems. This paper, analyzes the advantages of the integrated service, and also points out the problems of chaotic shelves and lost books, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
