摘　　要：传统的家庭联产承包责任制已无法满足现代农业发展,目前的经营模式理论必须适应实际农业的发展。会员制农场模式是农业经营模式理论的重要组成与创新。会员制新型农场的研究将导致农业生产与销售理论的巨大变革。这是"消费者为中心"的市场营销观念理论在农业领域的巨大发展,对农业的生产与消费将产生深远意义。The traditional family contract responsibility system can no longer meet the modern agricultural development. The business model theory must be adapted to the development of the actual agriculture. Membership farm model is an important part and innovation of agricultural management mode theory. The research on the new member system will lead to great reforms of agricultural production and marketing theory. This is a great development of the marketing concept of ＂consumer centric＂ in the field of agriculture, which will have a far-reaching significance for the agricultural production and consumption.
