公民低碳科技素质分析——以杭州低碳科技馆为例

摘　　要：本文采用分层与PPS抽样相结合的调查方法对杭州低碳科技馆6000名公民的低碳科技素质现状进行了问卷调查,重点分析描述了公民的低碳科技素质水平和状况,公民对环境污染问题的兴趣程度和获取低碳科技信息的渠道等,并对影响公民低碳科技素质变化等因素进行了分析。最后,通过调查提出提升公民低碳科技素质的长效机制建设策略,达到提升公民素质和倡导低碳生活方式的效果。This paper conducts a survey among 6000 citizens of Low Carbon Science and Technology Museum in Hangzhou by using the method of stratified and PPS sampling. The paper mainly describes the level and status of citizens＇ low-carbon science and technology quality, and analyzes the factors which affect the change of their quality, such as citizens＇ interest level for the environment pollution, the way to obtain the information and etc.. Finally, the paper proposes the long-term construction strategy to develop the quality of low-carbon science and technology, in order to improve the quality of citizens and promote the low-carbon lifestyle.
