摘 要:为探明危险提升载荷对提升机基础的影响,以新城金矿扩容改造项目为例,进行现场振动加速度监测,测得提升机运行时加速度时程曲线,利用此加速度时程曲线建立基础的模型进行动力时程分析.将模拟得到的位移时程曲线与实测值进行对比判断模拟结果的合理性.模拟结果合理后增大载荷继续进行数值模拟,将振动位移达到危险值时的载荷确定为危险载荷,以此作为安全预警系统进行预警的理论依据.实际应用结果表明,此方法应用于安全预警系统是可靠的.To find out the impact of risk load to hoist foundation, this study installed acceleration transducers at the hoister foundation position in Xincheng gold mine, and obtained the acceleration time-history curve measured while the hoister is running. Numerical simulation was performed using the finite element analysis software MIDAS GTS, and the displacement time history curve was compared with the curve obtained from simulation to identify whether the simulation result is reasonable. After getting the reasonable result, the numerical simulation was continue on with increasing the load. When the maximum of vibration displacement reaches the dangerous value, the load is identified as the dangerous load, which is the theory basis of early warning. Practical application results show that applying this method to the safety warning system is reliable.
